These Terms of Service govern your use of alpely.com. Please read them. They are short, and they matter.
Who we are
alpely.com is operated by ADCM IT Services INC, a company based in California, United States, doing business as Alpely ("Alpely", "we", "us", "our"). We are building software that helps service businesses run their operations. This website is our public home: it tells you what we are building, lets you join our waitlist, and gives you ways to reach us.
Acceptance of these terms
By visiting or using alpely.com, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.
Scope of these terms
These terms apply only to the public marketing site at alpely.com. That means the informational content we publish, the waitlist signup, and the option to contact us through WhatsApp.
These terms do not cover the Alpely product itself. When we launch subscriptions for customers, that relationship will be governed by separate product and subscription terms. We will publish those terms before anyone signs up as a customer.
Our privacy notice and cookie policy describe how we handle data on this site. They apply alongside these terms.
Permitted use
You may use the site for personal, informational purposes: reading about Alpely, joining the waitlist, and contacting us.
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest the site in an abusive or automated bulk manner.
- Interfere with the site or its infrastructure, or attempt to probe, bypass, or break its security.
- Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your relationship with anyone.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
We may block or restrict access to anyone who violates these rules.
The waitlist
Joining our waitlist means leaving us your email so we can tell you when Alpely is available. That is all it means. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract between you and us, does not guarantee you access to the product, and does not lock in any pricing, features, or launch dates.
We handle your email as described in our privacy notice. You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time.
Intellectual property
The Alpely name, the Alpely logo, and all content on this site — text, design, graphics, and code — are the property of ADCM IT Services INC or its licensors. Using the site does not grant you any license or right to any of it. You may not use our brand, logo, or content without our prior written permission, except for fair and lawful uses such as linking to the site or quoting it with attribution.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to or rely on services operated by third parties, such as WhatsApp for contacting us. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by those documents, not by these terms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This site is informational. It describes a product that is still being built, and its content reflects our plans, which can change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, without notice. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADCM IT Services INC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site.
